Brand Identity — Phase 1
Three strategy sessions. A purpose workshop in Mexico City. Weeks of direction-building together. The Architect of Perception concept, the visual language, the competitive positioning — all developed over two months. This is not a project starting from zero.
Phase 1 completes what is already in progress. Logo, brand bible, graphic system, website direction brief — the four deliverables that turn everything built together into something Diego can use, build on, and move into Phase 2 with.
Below: the deliverables, the timeline, and the investment. Everything defined and contained — exactly as you described.
One strong direction built and presented — developed from everything defined together. The goal is to get it right, not to overwhelm with options. Refined through revision rounds. A second direction is available if needed. Maximum three directions across the full process. All final files in every format and variation.
Color, typography, graphic system, secondary marks, tone of voice, usage rules. The complete reference document. Everything a developer, photographer, or future collaborator needs to keep the brand coherent — whether or not Ole is in the room.
A custom mark set connected to Diego’s specific world. Geometric, minimal, non-reproducible. Not downloaded, not generic — designed from the inside out. For suits, for the website, for photography, for social content.
Full specification for the developer. Every page defined — structure, visual language, copy direction, UX flow. Ole directs the build from here. The website build itself is Phase 2 with its own budget and its own decision point.
The visual world being built sits at the intersection of architecture and wonder. Dark foundation — obsidian, midnight navy, deep charcoal — with precise accent color. The kind of identity that reads as intentional before you understand why. Not a performer’s brand. An Architect of Perception’s brand.
Every element discussed in the purpose workshop — the color world, the moodboard references, the directional work — feeds directly into the identity build. Color palette, graphic system, symbology: all built from those sessions. The approach is non-spiritual, non-literal, minimal. Symbols that feel like they come from the inside of Diego’s world — precise, clean, masculine, and entirely non-reproducible.
Phase 1 runs 5–6 weeks from kick-off on the dedicated option, 8 weeks on the standard pace. Every milestone has a clear input and a clear output. The phase does not extend beyond this regardless of which option is chosen.
One strong direction built and presented. Grounded in the strategic and visual work already done together. Second direction developed here if needed.
Review, feedback, direction refined and locked. Both sides aligned before the next phase begins.
Full brand bible built from the confirmed logo direction. Color, typography, graphic system, symbology — all codified.
Complete developer specification written. All final files packaged and delivered. Phase 1 complete.
Timeline assumes review feedback within 2–3 days at each stage. Both parties accountable. Delays in feedback extend the timeline proportionally.
Four ways to structure the same work. Same quality, same care — different pace, different financial rhythm, different level of dedicated focus. The recommended option reflects the June timeline.
Three milestone payments on any fixed option. 50% to start · 30% at midpoint · 20% on final delivery.
Work progresses step by step. No large upfront payment. €2,500/month is manageable alongside other income and commitments.
Phase 1 completes at the €7,500 cap regardless of pace. The phase has a clear end.
Logo system, full brand bible, symbology, website direction brief, social media guide, 4 calls — identical to Option 2.
Work begins the moment the first monthly payment is confirmed.
Website build comes after Phase 1 is locked — not before. The brand bible and website direction brief from Phase 1 are what the developer builds from. Without them, any website is a guess. With them, it’s a precise execution of a defined visual world.
Three pathways depending on scope and budget:
Built directly from the Phase 1 direction brief. Clean, functional, fast. Right for speed and budget.
More custom interactions, full page set, refined details. Most projects land here.
Full custom. The kind of website that is itself a statement. Right when Diego’s profile demands it.
Ole stays involved as creative director through the build on any pathway — reviewing work in progress and ensuring the brand bible is applied correctly. This is part of the Phase 1 transition, not an add-on.
Custom suits are always a separate conversation — concept first, then production. A master tailor based in Bali, working with craftsmen trained in Bombay at the highest luxury level. Remote production is fully possible: a professional assistant handles on-site measurements during a Zoom session — 30–45 minutes, no travel needed. Materials from quality linen to Italian wool at €400–500 per metre. The green suit already exists. The silhouette is already right. Three more pieces connected to the brand world are the natural next step.
The entry point is the existing collection — pieces from €1,500. One-off custom pieces with original embroidery concept and design are priced after the concept is defined. There is no ceiling except the material and the work. Each piece is a unique artwork.
Share the number and the scope maps precisely within it — deliverables, timeline, what comes in Phase 2. No guesswork. This is always an option alongside the three tiers above.
“This is the first step of something that goes further.”
The identity, the suits, the website, the shoots, the Angel of Independence — all of it starts here. One decision. Let me know which structure feels right and we move this week.
